• Weekly housekeeping and linen service;
• Internet connection and cable-TV;
• Complimentary local phone calls in all business and business-suite class apartments;
• Cost of water, heating, electricity;
• Parking in Sakala Residence.

Business-Suite Class Apartments regular prices include:

• 9% VAT;
• Bed linen and towels (one big and one small per person) according to the number of people;
• Arrival and departure transfer service by business-suite class apartments for the number of people confirmed in the booking (from and to the airport, port, central bus station, railway station of Tallinn);
• Cleaning on your departure;
• Housekeeping and linen service every 3^rd day;
• Internet connection (LAN and Wireless) and cable-TV;
• Complimentary local phone calls;
• Cost of water, heating, electricity;
• Parking in Sakala Residence.

All apartment rates quoted are based on the rates prevailing at the time that a booking is confirmed. Once a booking has been confirmed EREL will not change the rate quoted unless you amend the booking but otherwise rates are subject to change without notice.

Rates are quoted in Estonian Kroon (EEK) and for your comparison also in EUR (using the official fixed exchange rate 15,6466). Please note that we can accept payments only in EEK.
