Cleaning service

The price includes bed linen and bath towels which will be changed every week. Rome accomodation also provides a weekly cleaning service. Cleaning the hob and washing dishes is not included in this service, the guest's obligations include the hob and the dishes being left in good condition, clean and tidy. If it does not happen, the guest will incur a € 15,00 fee, which will be taken from the deposit previously provided by the guest. If requested Rome Accomodation will provide weekly cleaning of the hob and dishes at the cost of €15,00.

Cancellation and withdrawal

Cancellation can take place with no fee, if the accommodation provider receives the communication 30 days before the arrival date written on the reservation form. If this does not happen, the guest will incur in the following fees:

 - 30% of total price, if the information is received 29 days before the arrival date.

- 50% of total price, if the information is received between 14 and 10 days before the arrival date.

- 100% of total price, if the information is received 9 days or less before the arrival date.

Booking changes

The name, in which the booking is made, can be changed to a new guest's name without any additional fees if a photocopy of the new guest's official document (passport, identity card…) is provided together with all personal information and a written and signed declaration stating that he/she accepts all the terms and conditions. After Rome Accomodation approval, both the original and the new booking must be shown on arrival.

Arrival and departure terms and conditions

During the week, check-in time are between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm.

The guest must contact Rome Accomodation 4 days before the arrival to comunicate the approximate arrival time, by e-mail (erel@erel.ee) or by phone +372 6631640 from Monday to Friday (09.00/13.00 - 14.00/18.00). On the arrival day, the guest MUST CALL 2 hours before the probable appointment to the phone number send with confirmation letter to fix the check in time. If this does not happen Rome Accomodation will be not responsible for check-in delays.

If the guest delays the check-in time, the gues will have to pay the following fees:

€ 15,00 for a delay between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm

Additional € 15,00 for every hour after 9.00 pm untill 11.00 pm

On Sundays and public holidays the check-in must be before 7.00 pm and it has an additional cost of € 15,00.

Check-out must be before 10.00 am.

If check-out delays are not communicated to Rome Accomodation in time, the guest will pay a "day use fee" which is 50% of the cost per night. If the checkout is after 3.00 pm the amount will be 100% of the cost per night. In both cases Rome Accomodation is authorized to take the money from the deposit.

The deposit

To guarantee rights, obligations and to cover damages the accommodation provider will ask the guest for a deposit a deposit of €150,00 cash or travellers cheques (with no active/passive interest rates), for 5 days stay, €250,00 with more than 5 days, which will be returned when the guest leaves. The lodging provider will make sure that the guest has not caused any damage. If damage has been caused he will deduct the amount required to repair the damage from the deposit (if it is inferior to €250.00).

Circumstances beyond our control

If Rome Accomodation is not able to provide the accommodation requested due to circumstances beyond its control, Rome Accomodation will find other suitable accommodation at the same price and with the same features and standards.

Pets

Pets are welcome but require authorization from Rome Accomodation. An extra €25,00 for the weekly cleaning must be paid.

Number of people

Rome Accomodation has the right to withdraw from the contract if the number of people is not that specified on the reservation form. In this case no refund will be given.

Personal details

In compliance with the law concerning privacy and treatment of personal details (L. 675/96). Rome Accomodation, states that this information will only be used for:

A1) contracts, bookings, contractual obligations, eventual juridical disputation.

A2) information about our tourist activities, sending catalogues, questionnaires to see how satisfied our clients are.

Personal details will be communicated as required by law for contractual, administration and taxes obligations.

Transfer Service 

We'd like to inform you that we can offer to you a limousine service from the airport to the apartment.

The cost are:

up to 3 people + lagguage € 50,00

up to 5 people+ lagguage is € 65,00

up to 8 people+ lagguage is € 80,00.

From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. there will be an extra  of € 10,00 to pay

We can also provide service of private tour guide of Rome and client can decide the itinerary, please ask me details if they need.
