Beyond the main entrance a wonderful atrium offers all the mystery and magic of another era. This building is in fact an ex-convent of the 1400s. On the left a staircase separates the apartment from the rest of the building providing a private entrance, guaranteeing privacy and quiet. The apartment is antique furnished, keeping its original style, like brick walls and small arches. By the entry there is an open plan living/dining room with a table for 6, a double sofa bed and glass door leading to a small balcony with a view of the internal courtyard. The kitchenette is complete with gas cookers, fridge and crockery. The bathroom with shower has a window facing to the internal courtyard as well. On the left the master bedroom with a large window with view to internal and private courtyard. The second bedroom has one French size bed and a window that opens on the internal and private courtyard too. The terracotta floor gives to the apartment a warm and comfortable feeling. The building has recently been restored inside and outside and it is particularly interesting for tourists because of its features. The apartment has independent heating, dishwasher, washing machine and TV.

The Raffaello apartment is situated in a pedestrian precint, in one of the oldest parts of the city within close proximity of the Vatican in and is located on the first floor of a small apartment block. With no doubt, this is one of our most luxurious apartments. It boasts exposed wooden beams and parquetry flooring which immediately make for a warm and inviting ambiance. The entrance leads to the lounge which has a table that accommodates 6 people and two sofas, one of which becomes a double bed. To your left you will find a kitchen with 4 gas hotplate, oven, fridge and crockery, a guests bathroom and a large window with a view to the courtyard. Beyond the lounge you will find the main bedroom which is very bright, the large window offering breathtaking views of the antique Borgo Pio. Close to this room there is another bedrooms with bunk bed with a window with the same view on Borgo Pio. The main bathroom with shower follows. The apartment has elegant walnut furnishings that are perfectly matched with the ceilings and give a sense of space and functionality.

The apartment block has recently been refurbished, is on four levels and in entirely managed by us. It is situated within the antique Borgo which is one of the most beautiful and prestigous areas of Rome. It is on this street that the gates of the Vatican City open up before you. This wonderful location is located 200 meters far from St. Peter and lets you reach Piazza Navona, Campo de Fioriand the underground in few minutes.
