It’s a two-storey house of 15 m2 with garden. The rooms in the house are renovated (not outside). It’s located in a quiet residential area at Kaevu 42, in 1,5 km distance from old town and Pärnu Yacht-Club, 3 km distance from Pärnu beach.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with king size bed of 2 m and other with 120 cm large bed. Additionally there is a sofa-bed in the living-room and a single bed in the veranda downstairs. Also kitchen is located downstairs. There is possibility of additional beds also. Bathroom is with bath tub.

In the garden is possible to barbecue.

Parking is possible in the garden or at street.

Price per night is 1150 EEK (75 EUR) per house.
